It is produced with 100% Italian quality durum wheat, with a very slow drying at low temperature which allows to obtain an exceptional dough.
Its bronze drawing provides a rougher surface that better retains sauces.
For optimal cooking, we advise you to salt the water with coarse sea salt and to use 1 liter for 100 grams of pasta.
We suggest you prepare this pasta with a wild boar sauce.
