This artisanal dough produced by Gentile in Gragnano near Naples will take you on a journey to the south of Italy.
It is produced with 100% Italian quality durum wheat and with a very slow drying which allows to obtain an exceptional dough.
Its bronze drawing provides a rougher surface that better retains sauces.
For optimal cooking, we advise you to salt the water with coarse sea salt and to use 1 liter for 100 grams of dough.
We suggest you taste the paccheri with a thick vegetable sauce or stews. Considering the size, they can also be stuffed with ricotta cheese for baking. For the preparation in the oven it is recommended to cook the pasta for a shorter time in the salted water.
