Primo DOP oil (controlled designation of origin) is a mono-varietal produced by Frantoi Cutrera located in Sicily.
This premium extra virgin olive oil is produced from the local variety "Tonda Iblei".
It has a fruity taste and an intense aroma. There is a very good balance between bitterness and spiciness. A real treasure of nature.
It has won no less than 300 international awards over the past 16 years.

The Cutrera company is located on the Hyblaean Mountains in Sicily.
The climate, the quality of the olives, the altitude and the know-how offer an extra virgin olive oil of exceptional quality.
The olives are hand picked during the month of November and are processed within 6 hours of picking.
Primo olive oil is produced with cold pressing with mechanical processes.
It is green in color. In terms of taste, it has notes of green tomatoes and fresh aromatic herbs.
It goes ideally well with grilled meats and fish, on bruschette, in salads and various soups. It is excellent cold on grilled vegetables.
We advise you to keep the product away from light and sources of heat.
