The I contadini company is located in Salento, which is located on the south-eastern end of Puglia. This place offers virtually sun all year round.
They cultivate, harvest and develop their products themselves only with exceptional raw materials and extraordinary know-how for more than 30 years.
Cornetto peppers are cultivated from the end of May outdoors and are picked by hand from August to October. After careful manual cleaning, they continue to mature in sea salt. Then they are mixed with a little sweet peppers and sundried tomatoes.
