The Caravaglio company is located on the island of Salina in the Aeolian Islands archipelago.
Capers grow naturally on these islands. Thanks to climatic and geographical factors, the plants are naturally organic because no treatment is necessary.
Harvesting takes place from May to August during the cooler hours of the day. Then they rest for a few hours in the shade before adding integral sea salt from the salt works of Trapani. They remain under salt for a few days before they can be eaten.
We suggest you enjoy these capers in a salad, with a pasta preparation or to garnish a pizza.
