The I contadini company is located in Salento, which is located on the south-eastern end of Puglia. This place offers virtually sun all year round.
They cultivate, harvest and develop their products themselves only with exceptional raw materials and extraordinary know-how for more than 30 years.
These peppers are grown from late May until early June outdoors and are hand picked from August to October. After careful manual cleaning, they continue to mature in sea salt. To finish in a jar in extra virgin olive oil which also becomes spicy.
