I Contadini is an agricultural company on a human scale located in Ugento in Puglia.
The "Termite di Bitetto" olive is an indigenous variety from the province of Bari. These olives are prepared in a traditional way without adding preservatives or coloring.
They have a purple green color and are rich in vitamin E.
It is a large rounded olive hence its nickname "olive-apple".
A true delight.
