This smooth cream of green pistachio from Bronte DOP is excellent.
It is prepared without preservatives and artificial colors.
The real pistachio from Bronte with the protected designation of origin (DOP) since 2010.
Its production represents only 1% of world production.
This pistachio is cultivated at the foot of Etna on volcanic soil and can only be harvested manually every 2 years given the difficulty of accessing it with mechanical means. It is then dried in the sun.
This cream can be used for the preparation of various desserts (cannoli, ...) or ice cream.
