Dodi was founded in 1891 in Gavasseto a small town in the Province of Reggio Emilia. Currently the tradition remains unchanged and continues to offer exceptional vinegars.
This balsamic condiment is a subtle blend of grape must and quality wine vinegar. It is aged in precious wood barrels for 10 years. Patience and know-how give it an extraordinary harmony which allows to highlight various culinary preparations. It is dark brown in color.
The more the vinegar matures, the thicker and syrupier it becomes. This thickness is expressed as a thickness index. Its index is 1.33 which is the highest for a balsamic vinegar.
It can be stored at room temperature.
