Dodi was founded in 1891 in Gavasseto a small town in the Province of Reggio Emilia. Currently the tradition remains unchanged and continues to offer exceptional vinegars.
This white condiment is aged in oak barrels with grapes from the Provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Which gives it a unique, intense and delicate taste. It is amber yellow in color.
The more the vinegar matures the thicker it becomes. This thickness is expressed as a thickness index. Its index is 1.19.
It can be stored at room temperature.
