The I contadini company is located in Salento, which is located on the south-eastern end of Puglia. This place offers virtually sun all year round.
They cultivate, harvest and develop their products themselves only with exceptional raw materials and extraordinary know-how for more than 30 years.
These black "celline" olives are picked in November by the producers in the area. Once they arrive at the farm, they are washed and sorted by size. They are then preserved in water and salt according to an ancient method to remove bitterness. Before bottling, they are selected one by one for the last time.
The rest is up to you to discover it on your plate.
We suggest you taste these olives as an aperitif, to garnish the pizza or for the preparation of an olive bread (puccia).
