The I contadini company is located in Salento, which is located on the south-eastern end of Puglia. This place offers virtually sun all year round.
They cultivate, harvest and develop their products themselves only with exceptional raw materials and extraordinary know-how for more than 30 years.
Cherry tomatoes are grown in April and are hand picked in July. They are selected, washed and cut to be then salted and dried in the sun for 4-5 days. A final selection is made before they are cleaned with water. Then we add Mediterranean aromatic herbs to finish in a jar in extra virgin olive oil.
It's up to you to discover these fabulous flavors on your plate.
We suggest you enjoy these tomatoes on bruschette, on a pizza or in a cold pasta and rice salad.
