This artisanal dough produced by Gentile in Gragnano near Naples will take you on a journey to the south of Italy.
It is produced with 100% Italian quality durum wheat and with a very slow drying which allows to obtain an exceptional dough.
Its bronze drawing provides a rougher surface that better retains sauces.
For optimal cooking, we advise you to salt the water with coarse sea salt and to use 1 liter for 100 grams of pasta.
We suggest you taste the Vesuvio with a simple vegetable-based preparation (Romanesco cabbage, broccoli, ...) and at the end of cooking add with a drizzle of cold extra virgin olive oil. A delight.
