This rice has a large rounded grain. It releases a lot of starch during cooking. This results in a creamy and smooth risotto.

For 3 generations the Campanini company has been selecting the various rices that come from the best Italian rice growing areas. It also offers foreign classics such as basmati rice or thaibonnet.
