Vanilla Brutti e Buoni are made by the pasticceria Veniani located in Gavirate in the Province of Varese in Lombardy.
They are produced in an artisanal way according to an original recipe created by Costantino Veniani in 1878.
They are prepared without wheat flour. This particularity offers an excellent meringue texture.
They are carefully packed by hand.
This specialty from northern Italy is a treat.
