This artisanal dough produced by Gentile in Gragnano near Naples will take you on a journey to the south of Italy.
It is produced with 100% Italian quality durum wheat and with a very slow drying which allows to obtain an exceptional dough.
Its bronze drawing provides a rougher surface that better retains sauces.
For optimal cooking, we advise you to salt the water with coarse sea salt and to use 1 liter for 100 grams of pasta.
We suggest you taste the Eliche with a tomato sauce made from tuna and capers. Also excellent with a cheese or carbonara cream.
