Mariangela Prunotto is located in Alba in the province of Cuneo. This agricultural company cultivates fruits and vegetables of very high quality and it makes artisanal products ranging from tomato sauces, honey, pulses, jams, ... without preservatives.
These Borlotti Taylor beans are harvested by hand in August. Once dried, they are placed in jars for optimal conservation.
It is advisable to let the beans soak for 12 hours in water and wash them again just before starting to cook.
We suggest you use these beans in tomato sauce or white sauce with pancetta for the preparation of the famous pasta e fagioli.
