Rustichella d'Abruzzo located in Pianella in the province of Pescara has been producing artisanal pasta since 1924.

It also offers various products typical of this region of the peninsula.

This paste is part of their "Primograno" selection which has the particularity of being composed of high level raw material.

It is produced with 100% Italian quality durum wheat and with a very slow drying which allows to obtain an exceptional dough.

Its bronze drawing provides a rougher surface that better retains sauces.

For optimal cooking, we advise you to salt the water with coarse sea salt and to use 1 liter for 100 grams of pasta.

We suggest you prepare this pasta with a ricotta and guanciale tomato sauce.
