Il Boschetto is located in the countryside of Castiglione della Pescaia in the province of Grosseto. This agricultural company cultivates pulses, spices and produces extra virgin olive oil, risotti, polenta, ... without preservatives.
It is advisable to leave the preparation to soak for at least 10 hours in water and to rewash them just before starting to cook.
We suggest you use this mixture for a simple minestrone with bread or for a preparation with pasta.
