The black olive "Leccina" is a variety very widespread in Italy whose origin is probably Tuscany. These olives are prepared in a traditional way without adding artificial preservatives.
It tastes sweet and light.

The I contadini company is located in Salento, which is located on the south-eastern end of Puglia. This place offers virtually sun all year round.
They cultivate, harvest and develop their products themselves only with exceptional raw materials and extraordinary know-how for more than 30 years.
These black "leccine" olives are hand picked between October and November in the countryside of Salento. They are kept in brine until ripening.
We suggest you taste these olives as an aperitif, to garnish a salad or a pizza.
