The I contadini company is located in Salento, which is located on the south-eastern end of Puglia. This place offers virtually sun all year round.
They cultivate, harvest and develop their products themselves only with exceptional raw materials and extraordinary know-how for more than 30 years.
The vegetables are grown outdoors from April to May and are hand picked between June and September. They are selected, washed and cut to be immediately dried in the sun for 3-4 days before bottling.
It's up to you to discover these fabulous flavors on your plate.
We suggest you enjoy this antipasto on a bruschetta, in a cold pasta and rice salad or as an accompaniment to grilled meat or fish.
