The I contadini company is located in Salento, which is located on the south-eastern end of Puglia. This place offers virtually sun all year round.
They cultivate, harvest and develop their products themselves only with exceptional raw materials and extraordinary know-how for more than 30 years.
The cultivation of fennel begins in September and the harvest begins from February.
Cleaning and peeling is done manually.
We suggest you taste these hearts in salad with oranges and extra virgin olive oil.
