They cultivate, harvest and develop their products themselves only with exceptional raw materials and extraordinary know-how for more than 30 years.
These capers are cultivated in Racale, a town next to the agricultural company. They ripen under salt for 3-4 months. They are then washed with water before being put in jars with sea salt from Margherita di Savoia, a saltworks located in Puglia.
