The I contadini company is located in Salento, which is located on the south-eastern end of Puglia. This place offers virtually sun all year round.
They cultivate, harvest and develop their products themselves only with exceptional raw materials and extraordinary know-how for more than 30 years.
These are artichokes of the "brindisino" variety. Cultivation begins from October and harvest begins from early April.
Processing takes place in the fridge within eight hours of harvest. Cleaning and peeling is done manually with a small kitchen knife. They are then put raw in jars only in extra virgin olive oil to fully appreciate this incomparable taste.
It's up to you to discover these fabulous flavors on your plate.
We suggest you taste these artichokes as an aperitif, to garnish the pizza or pan-fry with a pasta preparation.
