Olivastro organic extra virgin mono-varietal olive oil is produced by the Quattrociocchi agricultural company located in Alatri in the Province of Frosinone.
This superior category extra virgin olive oil is produced from the Itrana variety which is very well known in this part of Italy.
It has a fruity taste and a high intensity. Bitterness and spiciness are well pronounced but there is a good balance between the two. A beautiful harmony for your senses.
Quattrociocchi is very often awarded in the category of organic olive oils as at BIOL 2017 where the company received the prize for the best organic extra virgin olive oil for the Olivastro.

The Quattrociocchi agricultural enterprise is located in the Lazio region. It has the certificate of organic farming.
The climate, the quality of the olives, the altitude and the know-how offer an extra virgin olive oil of exceptional quality.
The olives are picked by hand between October and November.
Olivastro olive oil is produced with cold pressing within 24 hours of harvest.
It is golden yellow in color with green reflections. It has a pronounced smell of green olives with hints of herbs, artichokes, tomatoes and apples.
It goes ideally well with salads of lentils, grilled swordfish, lamb spit, meat carpaccio and marinated tuna.
