Lasagnotte Benedetto Cavalieri are produced with extraordinary know-how according to a so-called delicate method which consists in not denaturing the nutritional values of durum wheat by using a slow and artisanal working technique.
This dough has a length of 50-55 cm that you can cut as you wish.
One side is flat and the other is wavy.
Cooking time 12-13 minutes.

Benedetto Cavalieri artisanal pasta has been produced in Maglie in Puglia since 1918. It is internationally renowned among gourmets and starred restaurants.
They are produced with 100% Italian quality durum wheat and with a delicate method that includes very slow drying at low temperature. This makes it possible to obtain an exceptional paste rich in starch and flavor.
Bronze wire drawing provides a rougher surface which holds sauces better.
For optimal cooking, we advise you to salt the water with coarse sea salt and to use 1 liter for 100 grams of pasta.
We suggest you to taste the lasagnotte with a sauce with a vegetable based sauce or for preparation in the oven.
